My Experience
Learning and Development Specialist
Hollingsworth and Vose
- Leveraged Camtasia and Rise 360 to modernize the company’s employee ethics and harassment modules, and introduced DEI&B and company culture training
- Implemented and supported LinkedIn Learning roll out company wide across languages and continents while collecting data to meet checkpoints
- Designed the pilot internship program while keeping high standards for the 3 year rotational associate program
- Collected data to outline standards for company engagement including monthly scorecards of all company trainings
- Increased waning engagement on LinkedIn Learning from 10% to 50% by creating challenges and gamifying learning in 1 month
